Stephen Magee BSc MRICS

Director

As owners of the Practice, David and Stephen are responsible for generating business, stimulating growth, retaining Clients and overseeing successful delivery.

Stephen has been with the Practice since 1993 and gained valuable experience across all sectors under the tutelage of Roy Naylor and Martin Devlin. Stephen became a Director in 2004.

David joined the Practice in 2004 and was quickly identified as a key driver of the Practice’s expansion. He became co-owner in 2017.

In their continued time together, they have successfully complemented each other’s strengths and weaknesses which has resulted in significant growth and expansion. They now manage several of Northern Ireland’s leading Property Portfolios and work extensively across the Public Sector. Both offer Project Management services to select Clients and have built longstanding relationships with several of NI’s leading Property Developers.

Delivery

Michael Doherty BSc MRICS

Associate Director

Michael has 30+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry and had several years with the Practice in the 90s before working for several of Northern Ireland’s and Ireland’s leading Quantity Surveying practices. He returned to the Practice in early 2019 and offers expert support to the Directors.

David Simpson BSc MRICS

Associate Director

David has 25+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry all of which have been with the Practice and has delivered multiple Private and Public sector Projects in that time. David is a certified NEC Project Manager.

Damien Carson

Managing Surveyor

Damien has 30+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry and 20+ years with the Practice. He is known as a skilled, resilient and highly experienced Quantity Surveyor.

Mark Magee BSc MCIOB

Senior Surveyor

Mark has 30+ years’ experience in both Contracting and Consulting Quantity Surveying and has the added value of many years working as a QS within the Mechanical & Electrical sector.

Alison Harrison

Office Manager

Alison has been with the Practice since 2003. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. As a qualified Internal Systems Auditor she is responsible for maintaining the Practice’s external Quality Certifications.

Support

The Management and Delivery Teams are supported by a team of suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic support staff. All Clients have direct access to Stephen and David who oversee all Project delivery.
