David Beswick BSc MRICS
David joined the company in 2004 having come from a Contractor based background. Amongst his role within the Commercial and Residential Cost Management divisions of the company, David has broadened his porfolio by gaining experience in Project Management, Bid Management and in assessing Capital Allowances for a wide spectrum Client base. David also implements the company's Business Development Strategy.
David Simpson BSc MRICS
David joined the company in 2000. His role as Managing Surveyor is to ensure that the most suitable staff are assigned to meet our Clients’ needs in the services that we provide. David has the continued responsibility to identify ongoing training needs within the Company to ensure we continue to provide exceptional service and to meet our Clients’ requirements in an ever changing construction industry.
Stephen Magee BSc MRICS
Stephen has been with the company since it's inception in 1993. He has extensive experience in both Commercial and Residential Cost Management, having acted as Employers Agent, Project Manager and Cost Manager on a vast porfolio of multi-million pound construction projects. Having achieved Director status in 2004, Stephen oversees both the commercial and technical running of the company. Stephen also specialises in Bid Management, Business Development and Expert Witness.
